Donald Grant Millard
Donald Grant Millard (Month, Day, Year—January 24, 1964) was a Captain and pilot in the U.S. Air Force who was shot down over the East German town of Erfurt by Soviet forces while flying an unarmed T-39 twin engine jet on a training mission.
