Am I the only one that finds, after a while, the game stops loading? I've re-downloaded it multiple times, just to be able to play it. Why is that?

Yeah, I should have mentioned I finished the entire “sprained ankle” subquest and am back on the surface.
At the beginning she only appears on fridays, I don't remember if you need to talk to Joy first. Check the guide on OP

Just Found this on the first page to fix issue:
" For all of you that get crashes as soon as you click on preferences or load, please manually add an empty text file in the HI sub folder "game". Name the file: "use_fixed_resolution_720.txt" What it will do is the following: It will remove the resolution options and also the auto window scaling. After you have applied the patch, you will also be able to manually scale the game window again (e.g. maximizing it). "
Hi zapallbugs! I tried the resolution fix, but I'm not sure I'm doing it right, since it's still not working for me. Can you give me clearer instructions on fixing the crash issue?

Btw, I requested a more explicite title for the fix
I think I'm too much of a newb to figure it out. I've been searching for the files listed in the fix to delete. I don't see them. Maybe because I have them saved on my SSD, which is not my OS drive? I don't know.

The Game Fix suggestion is usually the initial response to any question about the game crashing or not loading. We need more information than you supplied in your first post. A Traceback would be helpful if you have one available. Barring that, what kind of system (Win, MAC, etc.) Fresh install or update of a previous version? Have you incorrectly messed around with unren.bat? The more info you can supply the better chance of getting an answer.
