Part of the fun for us is that the company supports it as part of DEI. We have our meetings right out in the open with executive support. We go to what ever conferences we want and the company gives us time and pays for the trip. Thats how we got organized.

So yes, Krista is head of field operations, Susan controls all the sales reports, Kerry is the head of HR, Deb is in finance and there are enough woman in mid level management to control the bulk of the groups. What we do and what we report up the chain are two different things most times. They don't have any idea. They manage by report and never bother to go into the field or talk to actual customers.
